He was predeceased by: his parents, William Palmer and Evelyn Talthia Turner (Schwiethale); his wives, Annie Turner and Barbara Lawson-Turner; and his son Ricky "Rick" Turner.
He is survived by: his children, Annette Souza (Steven) of Goddard and Terry Turner (Janet) of South Hutchinson; his grandchildren, Brandon Colvard of Wichita, Ashley Schneider (Bob) of Derby, Traca Colvard of Arkansas City, Anthony "Tony" Turner (Brea) of Hutchinson, Cameron VanDegrift (Laura) of Bordentown, NJ, Trevor Turner (Alyssa) of Hutchinson and Colby Turner (Kelsey) of Hutchinson; and his brother James R. "Jim" Turner (Pam) of Hutchinson. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
