He is survived by: his wife Carol Mellenbruch; his children, Brent Deck (Jared Olen) and Amanda Bushue (Brian); his grandchildren, Samarah and Warrick Bushue; and his siblings, Mike Mellenbruch, Kenneth Mellenbruch and Ramona Gilmore.
