She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Phillips and Alice Phillips; her husband Richard; and her children, James Roy Clark (Sandra), Richard Clark, II and Joanna Shoemaker.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Pirtle (William David), Mitchell Clark (Rebecca), Rodger Clark and Teresa Locke (Scott); her daughter-in-law Alecia; and her sisters, Elsie Dunn and Glenda Kilpatrick (Robert). She is also survived by 25 grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Bethany Church of the Nazarene (408 N Kent Rd, Hutchinson, KS 67501).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with Good Samaritan Society located at 810 E. 30th, Hutchinson, KS 67502.
