She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude D. Markley and Dorothy Velma Markley (Moody); her husband Clinton Dean Brown; and her siblings, Richard Markley, Tom Markley and Claudine Markley.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Brown of Chula Vista, CA and James Brown of Hutchinson; her brother Dean Markley (Wendy) of Copperopolis, CA; and her sister-in-law Candy Markley of Denver, CO. She is also survived by two nieces and five nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Bennington Cemetery (716 N Nelson St, Bennington, KS 67422).
