He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Lee and Phyllis Joan Imel (Helsel); and his brother-in-law Bret Welch. He is survived by : his children, Brandon Imel (Lindsay), Bryce Imel and Breanna Imel (Brady Fernandez); and his sisters, Terri Hitchcock and Rochelle Welch. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
