He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael David and Margaret Helen McDonald (Ayscue); and his brother James McDonald. He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Martin (J. W.) of Hutchinson; and his grandsons, Cody Herrin (Deanna) of Hutchinson, Troy Herrin (Sarah) of Bailey, CO, J. W. Martin III of Abilene and Trevor Yount of Hutchinson. He is also survived by six great-granddaughters and one great-grandson.
