She was predeceased by: her parents, Troy Riggins and Margaret R. Riggins (Sutton); and her daughter Jodi Suzanne Welch. She is survived by: her husband Gary Witham; her son Ray Witham; her brother David Riggins of Hutchinson; her brother-in-law Roger Witham (Diane) of Bandera, TX; and her grandchildren, Nicholas Welch (Christina), Jacob Welch (Beatrice) and Jamie Welch. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
