She was predeceased by: her parents, George Maynard and Avis Maynard; her husband Guy H. Oliver; and her brothers, Gene Maynard, Jerrold "Curly" Maynard and Kenneth "Jack" Maynard.

She is survived by: her children, Michael McCoy (Heather), Pamela Plum (Kerry), Michelle McCoy-Carr of Wellington, CO and Mark McCoy (Carol); and the father of her children Martin McCoy. She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren, 24 Great Grandchildren, 9 Great Great Grandchildren, and many beloved nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to local hospice providers in Patsy's honor.
