She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Zimmerman and Lida Zimmerman (Brock); her sister Glendora; her husband Verne K. Powell; and her daughter Susan Powell Evans.
She is survived by: her son Kenneth "Brad" Powell of Hutchinson; her great-niece Lisa Coonts; Lyla and Miles of Kansas City.
