He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Hiebert and Arlie Hiebert (Taylor); and his siblings, Vera Ummel, Betty Greever, Phyllis Balzer, Ardith May and Paul Hiebert.

He is survived by: his wife Toni Renee Kuntz of Hutchinson; his daughters, Nadine Hiebert of Roeland Park and Samantha Hiebert of Hutchinson; his grandchildren, Maggie, Sydney, Simon and Bethany; his sister Glennys Tedder of Hutchinson; and his pet Charlie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and close friends.

In lieu of flowers and memorials, and because of his love for fishing, Ralph requested his family and friends "take a kid fishing"!
