He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Franklin II and Dorothy Lorraine Biery (Reder); his spouses, Maurice Biery and DeDe Biery; and his sister Lori Macy.

He is survived by: his brothers, Frank Biery (Serenia) of Independence and Bud Biery (Kim) of Hutchinson; and his brother-in-law Jack Macy of Hutchinson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
