He is survived by: his wife Janet L. Domingo; his children, Chris Scott (Kitra) of Monument, CO and Tiffany Scott (Paul Kleinhans) of Monument, CO; his grandchildren, Samantha Light (Joe) of Colorado, Shawn Martin of Colorado, Madison Scott of Colorado, Hunter Scott of Colorado, Trystan Pyle of Colorado, Garrett Pyle of Colorado and Jade Kleinhans of Colorado; his nieces, Nancy Scott, Jayne Leiker, Tammy Kanatzar, Jill Meacham (Mike) and Aimee Forcum (Destry); his nephew Scott Wanasek (Jill); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Joseph Scott (Teresa), Joshua Scott (Brooke), Jessica Dilbeck (TJ), Jeremy Gentry, Jamie Scott (Kirstie), Cassandra Morin (Miles), Misty Casura (Travis), Amanda Bethards (Tyler), Bryce Meacham, Natalee, Alec Wanasek, Gunner Forcum (Rayna), Gabriella Forcum, Brayden, Ashton Luedtke, Finnley Fulton and Liam Miller; his niece Eloise; the mother of his children Lucynda Matlack; Tobin, Kaiden, Lexie, Cameron, Cassidy, Xander, Zeke, Tate, Asher, Ben, Caleb, Ethan, Jakob, Jeremy Jr., Gavin, Hudson, Roman, Emily (Evan), Ava, Aaliyah and Ruby.
