She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry E. Smith and Minnie C. Smith (Luginbill); her husband Robert L. Jacques; her grandson Aryn Jacques; her daughter-in-law Cathy Jacques; her siblings, Virgil Smith and Joye Brinkmeyer; her grandmothers, Decker, Emadae Wright, June Burns and Mary Burns; and her sister Ruth Spivey.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Jacques (Cindy) of Tarpon Springs, FL, Tom Jacques of Bozeman, MT, Mark Jacques (Sharon) of Rensselaer, IN and Troy Jacques (Lisa) of Hutchinson. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and many extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to South Hutchinson United Methodist Church, Hospice and HomeCare of Reno County, or Pleasant Hills, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
