She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry E. Smith and Minnie C. Smith (Luginbill); her husbands, Jimmy Spaniol and Lee Spivey; her children, Michael Spivey and Lee Ann Casey; her son-in-law Charles Casey; her siblings, Virgil Smith and Joye Brinkmeyer; and her grandmothers, Decker, Emadae Wright, June Burns and Mary Burns.
She is survived by: her sons, Rick Spaniol (Kim Byrd) of Yukon, OK and Dennis Spaniol (Barbara Marco) of Verdi, CA; her daughter-in-law Mona Spivey (Ruby Jacques) of Oklahoma City, OK; and her grandchildren, Dennis Spaniol II (Kayla), Jimmy Spaniol (Jennifer), Erin Gatlin (Brad), Taylor McGee (Brett), Lillian Werner (Brad), Michael Spivey, Chief Warrant Officer 3, U. S. Army, Ret. (Lauren) and Mitchell Spivey, Senior Chief Petty Officer, U. S. Navy, (Stacey). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to South Hutchinson United Methodist Church, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
