He is survived by: his parents, Terry Simpson and Norma Simpson (Warfield) of Hutchinson, KS; his wife Cindy Simpson of Hutchinson, KS; his daughter Makenzie; his son-in-law Nick Messer; his grandchildren, Memphis and Addison of Manhattan, KS; his son Zach Simpson of Denver, CO; his sister Robin; his brothers-in-law, Mike Murphy (Kathi) of Dallas, TX and James Craig of Wichita, KS; his parents-in-law, Harry and Maxine Newquist; and his sister-in-law Annetta Newquist of Hutchinson, KS. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
