In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Darrel had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Darrel may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Randels and Betty Randels; and his brother Ed Randels. He is survived by: his daughters, Kaci Gilchrist (Bobby Koehn) of Independence, KS and Kayli Parker (Lane) of Bartlesville, OK.; his grandchild RyanKate; his sister-in-law Kathy Randels; his sibling's children, Nancy Kirk and Josh Randels; and his close friend Steve Vaughn.
A celebration of his life will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, June 21st at at Independence First Church of the Nazarene, In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to help cover funeral expenses memorials may be left with the chapel.
