He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett David and Mary Weaver (Lewis); and his siblings, Don, Richard Weaver, Lura Chavez and Ruth Ann Cargile.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Jo. He is also survived by Nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials in his memory have been suggested to the American Cancer Society and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
