He is survived by: his mother Serena Bilby (Roeder) of Coffeyville; his wife Skye Senecal of Caney, Kansas; his children, Hannah Bilby, Ashleigh Bilby, Tobey Bilby, Tyler Bilby and Bryson Bilby; and his siblings, Michael Bilby, Eric Bilby, Brad Bilby, Cheryl Bilby and Pamela Bilby.
