He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon JC Ledbetter and Betty "Hase" Ledbetter; his wife Melanie Ledbetter; and his son Jon Ledbetter. He is survived by: his daughter Deanna Mitchell; his son-in-law Ed Mitchell; his grandsons, Justin Holler and Daniel Mitchell; his sisters, Judy Lawrence and Gerry Bryant; and his brother-in-law Alvin Bryant.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mount Hope Cemetery (1300 N Pennsylvania Ave, Independence, KS 67301).
