He is survived by: his parents, William Patrick and Connie Banion (Doub); his sister Gina Clubine (Kevin) of Havana, Kansas; his stepchildren, Mark Johnson (Crystal), Matthew Debo (Ashley) and Malarie Thompson (Robert); his grandchildren, Jaycie, Johanna, Jailynn Johnson, Chesney, Boone Debo, Rallie and Lane Thompson; and his nephew Tyler Cody Clubine (Brittany). He is also survived by family members and friends.
