He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Walter, Kathryn Wiens, Ben and Stella Thiessen. He is survived by: his wife Ashley Wiens; his children, Cooper, Dietrich and Stella; his parents, Lois Wiens and Gail Wiens; his brother Joel Wiens (Rachel); his sibling's children, Kate and Abby; his in-laws, Gordon and Linda Polston; his brother-in-law Jordon Polston (Mellissa); and his sibling's child Briar.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Daniel Wiens Benefit Fund (for the children's future education) at Community National Bank in Inman, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
