With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Cecelia M. Orcutt of Iola, Kansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Daryl Percival and Kathleen Percival (Anderson). She is survived by: her husband Steven M; and her sister Julie Knedlik. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
