She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. Folk (Tom) and Jeri Sue Folk (Cox); her son Michael Anthony Folk; her sister Janeen Renee Wilson; her grandson Bryce Wade VanHouden; and her father-in-law Harold Lee VanHouden (Red).
She is survived by: her husband Chris; her children, Rusty VanHouden (Destini Bailey) and Nicole Sue Allison; her sister Teresa Henry (Tim); her son Casey Jenson; and her pet Jasmine Marie. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren, numerous other relatives and many friends.
Memorials are suggested to Wings of Warriors or Allen County Animal Rescue Facility (ACARF), and may be left with Feuerborn Family Funeral Service.
