He is survived by : his sons, Ryan Michael and Aaron Michael; his grandchildren, Madison Michael, Hayley Michael, Taylor Michael, Laila Michael, Logan Michael and Loryn Michael; and his siblings, Bruce Michael (Tricia), Jeff Michael (Vanessa), Deana Foster, Marty Michael and Jill Lynn (Mark). He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
