He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilbert Heath and Ruth Jeanmonod (Beaty); and his children, Janis Kay Heath, Ruth Lamb and Donald Heath, Jr..
He is survived by: his daughters, Debora Wertz (Phillip) and Sharon Hadden (Delano); and his sister Luetta Heimberg. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the First Baptist Church - Iola (801 N Cottonwood St, Iola, KS 66749). A burial was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM.
