She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Smith and Doris Smith (Ogden); her children, Scotty, Kenny Briley and Shari Cooper; and her grandson-in-law Tom Snyder.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth; her son Michael Perkins (Bobbi); her grandchildren, Tammy Snyder, Raven Harrison (David), Ricky Keeler (Tasha), Meg Perkins and Olivia Perkins; her great grandchildren, Aspen, Dawson, Winter, Deacon, Jenisis, Kealie, Raidyn, Carter, Hadley, Braylie and Fenix; her great great grandchildren, Jackson and Tidus; and her siblings, Ernest Smith, Judith McGhee (Larry), Buddy Smith (Jan) and Raymond Smith (Nancy).
Memorials are suggested to Allen County Animal Rescue Facility (ACARF), and may be left with Feuerborn Family Funeral Service.
