He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard McCullough and Dora McCullough (Hole); his son Darren McCullough; and his siblings, Dany Ray McCullough and Linda McCullough.

He is survived by: his wife Joyce McCullough; his son Garry Dean; his siblings, Betty Ames, Marvin and Calvin McCullough; and his grandchildren, Dustin McCullough, Nicole McCullough, Zack Ganzer, Brendon McCullough, Jonathan McCullough and Alexis McCullough. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
