He was predeceased by: his parents, James Callaway and Forcine Callaway (Gibbons); and his brothers, James Jr. and Steve Callaway. He is survived by: his wife Aimee Callaway (Williams) of John's Catholic Church; his daughter Caitlyn Holzrichter (Justin) of Burrton, Kansas; his siblings, Joe Callaway, Missie Scott, Teresa Murphey and Carol Settlermyer; and his grandchildren, Abram and Dalli Holzrichter. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Jeff's name to the Jeff Callaway Memorial Scholarship.
