He is survived by : his wife Patricia; his children, Kathy O'Brien and Jimmy O'Brien, Jr. (Rhonda); and his siblings, Larry O'Brien (Florence) and Sharlyon DeMott. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
