Loren Korte Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Loren Korte (Iola, Kansas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 13, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Korte and Margaret Korte (Burenheide); and his brother Larry Korte. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Lisa Wrestler (David), Mike Korte (Gari) and Jayson Korte; and his grandchildren, Josh Wrestler (Kelly), Derek Wrestler (Molly), Matt Korte (Angela Byers), Jordan Korte, Lauren Korte, Taylor Korte and Genesis Korte. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Feuerborn Family Funeral Service (1883 US-54, Iola, KS 66749). A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made out to Wings of Warriors and left in the care of Feuerborn Family Funeral Service.
