She was predeceased by : her parents, Clifford A. Fagg and Doris M. Fagg; and her brother Jerry Carlson. She is survived by : her husband George E. Stephens; her children, Todd W. Stephens, Cody A. Stephens, Ryan A. Stephens (Emily) and Karlie N. Stephens of Moran, KS; and her sister Lana Kettler (Chris) of Paola, KS..

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Feuerborn Family Funeral Service (1883 US-54, Iola, KS 66749). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Calendar Midpoint Baptist Church (3965 US-54, Moran, KS 66755).

Memorials may be made to Shriners International or to Wings of Warriors, and left in the care of the funeral home.
