We bid farewell to Sharon Hoffmeier in Iola, Kansas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 18, 2025 at the age of 85. Sharon touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Potter and Edna Potter (Drake); her husband Don; her son Brock Stotler; her siblings, Kenneth Potter, James Potter and Evelyn Weatherman; and also, Kirk Weatherman, Jayme and Steve Appling.
She is survived by: her sons, Joe Stotler of Iola and Danny Stotler of Burlington, Kansas; her grandchildren, Justin Stotler (Kristin) of Iola, Cara Kitch of Columbus and Jamie Roach (Chris) of Olathe, Kansas; her great grandchildren, Emalee, Colton and Bailey of Iola; her sons, Samuel Rowe, Cody Conley (Bri) and Chase Appling; and also, Jan Williams, James Williams, Jace of Iola, Ramona Applegate, Kelly June Loyd (Benny) of Oklahoma City, Neil Weatherman (Mary), Kenny Sue Miller (Eric), Maci June Miller, Kristin Harper (Christian) of Iola, Kyle Potter and Becky Welsh (Potter).
A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Feuerborn Family Funeral Service (1883 US-54, Iola, KS 66749). The inurnment will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
The family suggests memorials to St. Timothy's Episcopal Church and those may be left in care of the funeral home.
