She was predeceased by : her parents, R. Harold Champlin and Nelle Champlin (Moffett); and her siblings, Carolyn Cordwell and Gary Champlin. She is survived by : her brother George Champlin (Nancy). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces & great nephews.

The family suggests memorials to the Jamestown United Methodist Church in care of the funeral home.
