He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Witt and Dorothy Witt (Burroughs); his wife Joan Beatrice Scarrow; and his sisters, Minnie Loretta, Gertrude and Alice.
He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Gene Witt and Aleta Kay Baker. He is also survived by his 9 children, 19 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, 14 great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 21st 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Plumer-Gobber Funeral Home - Norton (215 W Main St, Norton, KS 67654).
