She was predeceased by : her parents, William Woodrow and Myrtle Evelyn Blackburn (Cox); her spouse Terry L. Nusser; her brothers, William, George, Donald, Steven and Darrel Blackburn; her nephew Joe Thoben; her siblings-in-law, Beverly Blackburn and Fredrick Muns; and her mother-in-law Rachel Nusser.

She is survived by : her children, Jeremy Nusser (Amanda) of Seattle, WA, James Nusser (Tracy) of Jetmore, KS and Jacie Loder (Blake) of Newton, KS; and her siblings, Richard Blackburn (Bernadine), Daniel Blackburn of Kearney, NE and Judy Muns.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Beckwith Funeral Home, Inc. (121 Bramley St, Jetmore, KS 67854). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Jetmore Methodist Church (205 E Hwy St, Jetmore, KS 67854). A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at the Fairmount Cemetery.

Memorials may be given to Jetmore Methodist Women, Jetmore Senior Center, Hodgeman County 4-H Horse Project, Jetmore Rec.
