He was predeceased by: his parents, Wirt Dawson and Marjorie Dale Hermon Hayes. He is survived by: his children, Kyle Hayes (Jo'beth) and Rachel Hayes (Daniel DeKraai) of Kansas City, MO; his siblings, Adree Jones (Tony) and Randy Slagle (Barbara); his grandchildren, Kennedy and John Hayes; and his pets, Remington, Maya Mae and Neil Beef.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Beckwith Funeral Home (121 Bramley St, Jetmore, KS 67854). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Fairmount Cemetery (20540 SW 218 Rd, Jetmore, KS 67854).
