He is survived by: his children, Kyle Hayes (Jo'beth) and Rachel Hayes (Daniel DeKraai) of Kansas City, MO; his siblings, Adree Jones (Tony) and Randy Slagle (Barbara); his grandchildren, Kennedy and John Hayes; and his pets, Remington, Maya Mae and Neil Beef.
