He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter "Pete" E. Daniels and Edith Daniels (Scott); his siblings, Leland Daniels and Nancy Josserand (O. W.); his brother-in-law Bud Loader; and his grandsons, Brandt E. Daniels and Josh Stratman.

He is survived by : his wife Wiletta "Sally" Hale of Manter, Kansas; his children, Danny Ray Daniels (Jan) of Wellington, Doug Daniels (Diana) of Johnson, Susan Lucas of Johnson, Wiletta Peterson (Steve) of Chase and Neil Daniels (Delorse) of Manter, Kansas; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Maerz (Daniels) of Rolla and Ruth Loader of Manter, Kansas. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren.
