He was predeceased by: his mother Evelyn Winger Floyd; and his sister Roetta Mann. He is survived by: his cousin Melva Jo Winger; his wife Diane Floyd of Johnson; his children, Chris (Dara Floyd) and Jennifer Floyd of Johnson; his grandchildren, Haley Forrest (Nathan), Jayden Rios (Paige), Dylan Floyd, Jarren Rios and Jaxson Rios; his great grandchild Hogan Forrest; his brother Gary Floyd (Marla) of Johnson; and his brother-in-law Dave Mann of Quinter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Johnson First United Methodist Church (202 S. Nipp Johnson, AR).
