She was predeceased by: her grandson Matthew Fix; and her parents, Frank Ventura and Eva Maria Ventura. She is survived by: her significant other David W. Matthews; her daughters, Michele Fix (Mark) and Laura; Stephen, Kathryn Fix, Ainsley, Sara (Nick Werne), Maggie and Hudson Werne.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (11311 Johnson Dr, Shawnee, KS 66203). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 29th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
