She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd B. McIntosh and Doris M. Lindquist McIntosh; and her stepfather Donald Robertson. She is survived by: her husband Sam; her brother Shane McIntosh of Chanute; her children, Melissa Frederick (Scott), Stephanie Veenis (Akela) of Chanute and Jeffrey Splane of Humboldt; her grandchildren, Ashlynn of Chanute, Shalynn Frederick of Chanute, Cheyenne Page (Brandon Swanson) of Chanute, Sienna Tatum of Chanute and Austin Robinson of Chanute; and her great grandchildren, Aria and Cylas Swanson of Chanute. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
