She was predeceased by: her parents, Maude Jewel (Reynolds) and Felix Raymond Edmisson; her husband Melvin Donald Winger; her sisters, Anna Mae Lewis (John) and Iris Elizabeth Lane (Galen); and her children, Edwin Lee Winger and Sally Gail Peterson (Winger).
She is survived by: her children, Melva Jo Rondon (Carlos) and Raymond Earl Winger; her sister Felicia Wheeler (Cal); her grandchildren, Brant Peterson (Amy), Brian Peterson (Shawn), Margaret Winger, Elizabeth Young (Wesley), Clara Weise (Tim), George Winger (Kali), Karla Rondon and Katie Winger; and her great grandchildren, Cort Peterson (Corinne), Cyle Peterson, Peyton Peterson, Chesney Peterson, Creed Peterson, Carsyn Winger, Brylie Peterson, Kipling Young, Britta Young, Grace Young, Hudson Winger and Knox Weise.
