He is survived by : his wife Julie (Parks), his children, Katrina (Kyle Davis) of Spanaway, WA, Penny (Al Fink) of Elkhorn, NE, Lacey (Carl Temple) of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Emily Toothman (Will Hammel) of Circle Pines, MN and Casey Toothman (Kendall Reinecker) of Junction City, KS.; and his sister Marjorie Ann Toothman of Boise, ID.. He is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
