We are sad to announce that on May 31, 2025, at the age of 73, Donald Scott Stevens (Junction City, Kansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carolyn Stevens; his sons, Matthew, Christopher and Daniel Stevens; his family Amber Stevens; his grandchildren, Taylor Booth, Emily Stevens, Caden Stevens, Keira Stevens, Kyler Stevens, Jason Stevens and Melissa Stevens; and his close friend Don.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Johnson & Mass-Hinitt Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (203 N Washington St, Junction City, KS 66441).

Memorial donations are suggested to be given to B.S.A. Brown Memorial Camp 1091 1900 Ave. Abilene, Kansas 67410.

“Don Stevens was my friend and colleague throughout my 28 years at Fort Riley Junior High and then FRMS. Along with Joanie Hayden and Janet Hoskins, we were the Physical Education Department at Fort Riley Middle School for its first 19 years. I consider myself privileged to have worked with Don for 28 years. He was a force for good as a teacher and coach.
