It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Doris Eileen MacLaird Nelson of Junction City, Kansas, who passed away on November 7, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Henry and Ethel Marie Warren (Klien); her husbands, Kenneth A. MacLaird and Nathan K. Nelson; and her son Patrick D. MacLaird.

She is survived by: her sons, Steven MacLaird of Quinlan, Phillip MacLaird of Mission and Perry MacLaird of Conway, Arkansas; and her siblings, Robert Warren and Helen Spinler. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions are suggested to be given to the Friends of Animals P.O. Box 580, C.L. Hoover Opera House P.O. Box 3005 or to the Ladies Reading Club 224 N. Jefferson Street all of Junction City, Kansas 66441.
