He is survived by: his wife Linda; and his children, Douglas Sullivan (Carol) of Hayes, VA, David Sullivan (Michelle) of Garden City, MO, John Sullivan Jr. of Saint Joseph, MO, Melinda Smelley (Shannon) of Junction City, KS, DeAnn Widener (James) of Junction City, KS and Tina Elliott (Bart) of St. Robert, MO. He is also survived by 60 grandchildren, 69 great grandchildren, and 1 great great-grandchild.
