She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert McIntosh and Vivien McIntosh; her husband Jim; and her daughter Suzanne Williams. She is survived by: her siblings, Rusty McIntosh, Kari McIntosh, Kristi Slayton, JanimLeigh McIntosh and Daniel McIntosh; her children, Andrew Williams, Heidi Williams, Heather Williams and Joanna Smith; her grandchildren, Ali Bryant, Emma Williams, Shaun-Isaac Smith, Gabriel-Isaiah Smith, Emma-Grace Smith and Emmanuel-Caden Smith; and her great grandchild Rowan Bryant.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Johnson & Mass-Hinitt Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (203 N Washington St, Junction City, KS 66441). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Kathy's name can be made to the Junction City Animal Shelter, 2424 N Jackson Street Junction City, Kansas 66441.
