He was predeceased by: his parents, John Martin and Elva Martin of Floyd County, Kentucky; his wife Linda Jo Matthews Martin; his sister Barbara; and his siblings-in-law, Marvin Crum, Carol Matthews Schrader and Victoria Matthews.
He is survived by: his brother John; and his siblings-in-law, Kendra Martin, Kevin Schrader, Steve, Collette Matthews and Kenneth Matthews. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
