She was predeceased by: her parents, William Collins and Helen Collins (Flood). She is survived by: her former spouse Gene Nelson; her husband Jack Welsh; her daughter Peggy Jean Hughes (Pat) of Stillwater, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Jessica Miller (Gary) of Stillwater and Jeremy Long (J. D.) of Oklahoma City; and her great grandchild Zane Miller of Stillwater.
