It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca D. Willis of Junction City, Kansas, who passed away on January 2, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Steele and Imogene Steele (Padgett). She is survived by: her husband Terry Willis; her son Christopher; her siblings, Lori, Joe and David; and her grandchildren, Finley, Vincent and Jemma.
