He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Parker and Aileen E. Parker (Rice); his former wife Joan Parker; and his daughter Constance A. Parker-Smith. He is survived by: his wife Sherry; and his daughters, Kimberly Mulvaney of Dallas and Jeanne Bunting of Topeka, Kansas. He is also survived by six grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
